Saint Louise House provides long-term, apartment-style housing with comprehensive wraparound services for very low-income women and their children experiencing homelessness in Austin, TX. Our prevention-focused, two-generation model helps families build stable, independent lives — not just for today, but for generations.

A Two-Generation Model
Apply for Housing
Women experiencing homelessness with children apply for the program. We serve very low-income families in the Austin area.
Move Into Your Apartment
Accepted families receive a fully-furnished, two-bedroom apartment at a deeply subsidized rate — and are paired with a dedicated Empowerment Partner.
Build Lasting Independence
Over up to four years, mothers set and achieve individualized goals in employment, education, finances, parenting, and health — while children receive age-appropriate programming and support.
